Mobile Electrical Diagnostics — How It Works
- 1 Make Payment: Complete the €200 payment (VAT included) using any convenient method at autoelectriciancork.ie/payments/.
- 2 Send Details via WhatsApp: After completing payment, click here to contact us: Send Details on WhatsApp (+353858849446). Please include your full location address and your preferred days/times.
- 3 Appointment Confirmation: We will mutually agree on the date and time. We guarantee to carry out the call-out within 5 working days of payment.

On-Site Diagnostic Session:
- The car owner must be present at home/location and hand over the car key personally to our technician.
- The property owner must be aware of our arrival and provide clear access to the premises/vehicle.
- 5 Report Delivery & Verbal Advice: Upon completing the 1-hour diagnostic session, the computerized diagnostic report is sent directly to your email. The technician will also provide verbal explanations and practical advice on recommended next steps.

Important Terms & Conditions:
• Price & VAT: The €200 fee includes VAT, round-trip travel, 1 hour of active diagnostic testing, report delivery, and verbal consultation.
• Coverage Area: Strictly limited to County Cork.
• Access Requirements: The vehicle owner must be on-site to hand over the key. The property owner must grant permission for entry to the premises.
• 1-Hour Work Scope: Diagnostic checks and testing are performed within a total 1-hour session on-site.
• Diagnostic & Advisory Only: This fee covers fault identification, report delivery, and expert advice. Physical repair work is not included under this call-out fee.
